CIRO also offers continuous development opportunities and a supportive workplace culture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This position plays an essential role in supporting CIRO’s Hearings Office in coordinating disciplinary and regulatory hearings in various formats, whether in-person, electronic or hybrid.

Tasks include handling correspondence, preparing and reviewing hearing documents, and tracking related expenses for these procedures.

Additional responsibilities extend to supporting meetings, document management, and minute preparation for the Ontario Regional Council.

Assistance with corporate filings and electronic record keeping for board and committee meetings forms part of the administrative workload.

The role may also require providing backup support to the Assistant Corporate Secretary and other General Counsels Office (GCO) functions.
