Daily Responsibilities
This role includes greeting guests, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping common areas tidy. You will also coordinate boardroom setups and facilitate catering for meetings, especially on designated days.
You’ll update the main reception binder, help distribute voicemail messages, and act as a liaison for office maintenance or courier needs. Orders for kitchen and office supplies will fall under your responsibility, as well as regular supply checks.
Providing executive assistant support, assembling board binders, and helping with new employee onboarding are other routine tasks. You’ll also assist with electronic and paper filing, and act as the point of contact for IT-related concerns.
Accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality are highly valued, and the ability to multitask in a busy office is a must.
